1. Services Provided

Spotcast Echo provides podcast guesting services designed to secure podcast guest appearances for you (“Client”). Services may include research, outreach, booking coordination, and communication support as outlined in your subscription package.

2. Subscription & Payments

• Services are billed on a recurring subscription basis through PayPal.

• Payment must be made in advance to access services.

• The Client is responsible for ensuring payments are successfully processed each billing cycle.

3. Client Responsibilities

To maximize results, the Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information in the intake form.

• Supply a professional media profile, headshot, and other requested materials.

• Respond to communication and booking confirmations in a timely manner.

4. Service Cycle

• A “service cycle” is defined as the recurring period (monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your plan) covered by your subscription payment.

• Services and deliverables (e.g., number of podcast booking attempts) are tied to the active cycle.

5. Termination & Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through PayPal or by notifying Spotcast Echo in writing.

• No refunds will be issued for payments already made.

• If you cancel, services will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your subscription will not renew.

• Spotcast Echo reserves the right to terminate services at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

6. Rescheduling & Bookings

• Spotcast Echo will coordinate podcast bookings on your behalf.

• Once confirmed, bookings are your responsibility to attend.

• Spotcast Echo is not liable for missed or canceled interviews by the Client or podcast host.

7. Results Disclaimer

• While Spotcast Echo commits to professional outreach and booking efforts, we cannot guarantee specific results such as the number of podcast appearances or audience reach.

• Results depend on podcast host interest, Client niche, and market demand.

8. Intellectual Property

• All podcast appearances, recordings, and related content belong to the respective podcast host.

• Spotcast Echo does not claim ownership of content produced during your appearances.

9. Limitation of Liability

Spotcast Echo will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for the current billing cycle.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
